Shipping
Items to USA destinations are shipped in boxes or padded envelopes via USPS Ground Advantage which includes tracking and third party insurance.
International packages are shipped via USPS First Class Package service and may have some tracking included. Optional Priority Shipping is available at check out which will upgrade your insurance to USPS.
Items are typically shipped within 1-4 business days. Pre-order items are usually shipped within 6-8 weeks, though individual projects may vary depending on manufacturing delays.
Delivery times can vary based on USPS service and no guarantee is made for specific delivery dates. Please order with at least 2 weeks buffer before your need by date for US orders, and 6 weeks for international. These are not guarantees, just best practice guidelines. Once an order leaves my shop I have no control over when it arrives and I am not responsible for missing your deadlines when I ship within my expected window.
International buyers are responsible for any/all import & customs fees. Items are shipped marked as ‘Merchandise’ and marked at the appropriate retail value.
ALL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE CORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION. Items shipped to addressees submitted incorrectly by buyers cannot be guaranteed a replacement without repayment if they are lost.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your item(s), please contact me as soon as possible so I can help resolve any issue.
Items can be returned in new and fully resellable condition within 14 business days for a refund of product cost.
Refunds to not include initial shipping and the buyer must pay return shipping. I can provide a return label if needed at buyer’s expense.
Refund will be issued within 14 days of the safe return of the item(s) via the original payment method.
Custom orders are not usually returnable or refundable. Contact me for special circumstances.
