Items shipped from AdorkaBows come from a smoke free, pet friendly home. If you have serious cat allergies, please open and handle your packages with care.
Accommodations can be made for more strict pet-free environments for custom orders when notified in advance.
Shipping Information
SPECIAL MESSAGE FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UK AND GERMANY: Due to regulations on VAT in these countries your package may be returned to me as I am not able to maintain a registration via these country’s systems. Should your package be returned, I can refund you the cost of the items only. You are responsible for the shipping and any import fees or taxes.
Processing Time:
Items ordered from the shop are packed as soon as possible, but there are some days I cannot pack orders. This means your in stock items might ship 1-4 days after it is placed. Customized items may take 2-8 weeks or more to ship. Pre-orders usually ship within 8 weeks. You will get an email with tracking information when your package is on the way. If you do not get tracking information within those windows for your order, feel free to contact me for an update.
Delivery Time:
Arrival times cannot be guaranteed and have been occasionally in excess of 4 weeks, especially for international shipments; please make deadline dependent purchases with enough buffer time to account for significant shipping delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
All US packages are shipped with tracking & insurance. If your package goes missing or the contents arrived damaged, please contact me ASAP so I can file a claim. Please note that due to the nature of some of my one-of-a-kind items, I may only be able to issue partial or full refunds if OOAK items cannot be replaced.
International customers: please select shipping with insurance if you wish to include this coverage.
Returned Packages:
Packages returned due to my error will be resent automatically free of charge. Packages that are returned to me due to addressing issues from the client side can be resent with additional shipping payment. I will contact you if your package returns to me for this reason. Please respond within 2 weeks or I will consider the package and items abandoned and reshelf it.
Tax and Customs Info:
Buyers are responsible for all/any import or customs fees. Items will be described accurately on customs forms. Sales tax is charged and remitted on all MA purchases.
